Hello, my name is Samuel. After Transport services reads this review they will most likely right a response explaining their side of the story, or tell every body on here that i am some type of liar or bad customer and its all my fault why I had a bad experiance. Well my car never shipped, and i am currently taking legal action, not because I want my 200 bucks back, but because I have rights to stand up against criminal companies and i am not going to let some monkey outfit treat me the way they did. I am a business owner and i am completely aware of what is right and what is criminal. Never ever use this company they are bad news, and their contact is fixed so you can never get your money back if they dont provde you the service. Ryan lied to me like it was no big deal at all, I questioned the price and said other compaines charge less than 1000 USD to ship a small car to Florida. Ryan told me "' We charge more because we are not a broker, we are a legit shipping company, that's why we charge more, every body else is just a broker, why pay them you can just do it your self on youship. We promise a pro service''. They are a broker! Thats why you have to pay them a fee before the car ships, by credit card. They are just a tiny business who works out of an office. They told me they would charge 1 doller per pound in weight of what personal items you have in the car, but its ok because Ryan said he would allow 150 ilbs at no charge. When the driver turned up 10 days after I paid the BROKER he said '' We have zero insurance for personal items, but we will charge you an extra 400 bucks to take it right now. Thats illegal for starters, and I have been lied to again. I told the driver to get lost. It took 10 days for a driver to get to me, after Ryan said every day, his coming, his coming, his..., you get the picture here. Liars, totally messed up and bad service. Will say any thing to get your cash.
I stayed calm through this ordeal, because shouting at some voice on the phone will not get you any where. In the end i researched the company, found out their dirty little secrets, and found out that 95% of their business is broker services. They will most likely change their company name after this review, but it wont be the first time! after 14 days of madness i called Ryan, told him he is a liar, along with some other things I found out and all he could do is be silent! His salesmanship seemed to no longer exist. The day I cancelled the service was the day some rude little girl who claimed to be the boss ( just 1 out of 2 employess they have ) told me the driver is here to pick your car up! I said forget it, give me my money back, she then said no because you are canceling the service. Are these people out of their mind! They promised me pick in three days, i have emails to back it up if any one wants to see them. I told this rude girl that her company failed to deliver the service they promised and i no longer trusted them so give me money back. Heres where the con starts folks. The rude girl told me I have to write a letter stating my claim to get my refound, please note their contract states that you will only get 50% of your money back (in the small print), but the real reason why they want you to write a letter and waste your time is because after 14 days from the intial credit card payment you will no longer be able to claim your money back. Credit card compaines allow up to 14 days. The credit card company will always put their customer first, so if you claim with in 14 day no matter what the circumstance, wether you lied and just want your money back or you have been screwed they will get your money back and do a charge back service. But you anly have 14 days to do it otherwise you are out of luck my friends. So when this company didn't deliver they wanted me to write a letter so they can buy them self's 14 days + so they can keep my money. I made the rude girl aware that i know exactly what your doing and its a complete con! The driver never knew he was 10 days late, he though he was on time! The company lied to my face about every possible thing! And they thought i was a sucker who was just going to sit back and be a victom of a con! So.. when Ryan or the rude girl attemps to justify my review by commenting back with what ever excuse they they conjured up, just know one thing..... Why i have i bothered to write this review, why am i taking legal action that cost's 8 times the amount of the BROKER fee, why am i so upset... the answer is because i was one of their victoms. Honestly you all need to research these companies long and hard before using them. Transportonlineservices are a complete joke, and they have totally screwed me out of 200 bucks, this whole ordeal isn't worth 200 bucks but I'm not accepting this and either should any body else. One other thing too, they also write their own reviews to make it look like they are great company. research the info back to the email address or what ever contact details you can get. I found this company called Hilton auto services in Cali, the Girl called me Christmas day to see if I was happy with her service! She said that i could pay the broker fee when the driver picked my car up, thats totally fair. She told me that its almost christmas so getting a driver to you will be hard work and I can't promise any thing to you. She did it though, she also told me that she was a broker and her fee was 175.00 bucks, which is perfectly acceptable as all i want is a company that will just ship my car. I am not buyest, or favoring this company but don't pay the broker until your car has gone! You have to give the driver cash at some point so make sure they don't con you either. The price is what you agree with the broker nothing less, and nothing more. The car shipping industry is full of con artist's like Transportonlineservices. Even this review website can be cheated so don't trust any one. NEVER PAY THE BROKER UNTIL YOUR CAR GETS PICKED UP, otherwise you are helpless when they don't deliver!


I look forward to seeing Transportonlineservices response to this, if they are stupid enough to respond! You see they shouldn't need to defend them selfs if they haven't done anything wrong!

Samuel We would just like to start off by apologizing that not everything went accordingly to, However you set up your order 12/9/10 to ship your car from NV to FL. We tried calling you for a few days to get the pick up information from you so our driver can load the car. 2 days after you booked your order one of our drivers showed up to pick your car up. The driver works for Transport Services and was hired by Transport Services. When the driver showed up to load the car he noticed the car was filled to the top blocking all the windows. We are not a Household moving company. We allow you to have 100Lbs in the car with no Penalty. It is explained in our shipping order agreement that anything over will be charged. So not only did our driver show up in time but could not take the car because of the excessive weight that was loaded into the car. Our driver gave you the option to take the stuff out but you refused to do so. So not only did our company do our job but we are out money and have to pay a Dry Run Fee to our driver for going all the way out and loosing a spot on the truck. It states in our Order Form that a Dry run fee could be charged and we waived that for you. So if anything our company is out money. Once again we are sorry that your transport did not go to as planned but this is the trucking industry not a household moving company. We understand your frustration but we are not in the business of scamming people there is a reason we have been the leaders in the industry for the past 3 Years.
