MY REAR WINDSHIELD WAS SHATTERED AND REPAIRED AND I WAS NEVER TOLD.THEY TRIED TO HIDE IT. THE INSTALLATION WAS POOR AND I CONTINUED TO GET SPLINTERED GLASS AND SMALL CHUNKS OF THE OLD WINDOW IN MY TRUNK FOR THREE WEEKS UNTIL I FINALLY HAD TO HAVE MY BACK SEATS AND TRUNK COMPLETELY REMOVED AND CLEANED OUT. SENT THEM THE BILL AND THEY AGREED TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT (125.00) AND THE REPAIRS (170.00) HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE WITH NO RETURNED CALLS AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY LIE
AS THEY HAD MY RETURN MONEY I HAD TO USE THEM GOING BACK WITH PROMISES FROM THEM THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME AND REFUND WHAT THEY PROMISED FOR THE 1ST TRIP. MORE LIES. TOLD ME THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN AND MY CAR WOULD BE PICKED UP 1 DAY LATER THAN PROMISED. 10 PHONE CALLS FROM ME CAR PICKED UP 1 WEEK LATER. NO COURTESY RETURN CALLS. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE DRIVER THAT RETURNED MY CAR SAID HE WASNT BROKEN DOWN.
TERRIBLE AND VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY GIVE THAT INDUSTRY A BAD NAME

Lorry We transported your Car from WA to CA. Pick up was on time and Drop off was On-time. Once again another Amazing Transport from Transport Services. However like we tell all of our customers this is the trucking industry and not everything works out perfect. We can not control if an act of God Happens . We are sorry that your windshield cracked, However we did fix it for free and we also REFUNDED YOU 170.00 WHICH WHAT WAS THERE COST OF THE INVOICE YOU SENT US FOR THE REPAIR AND CLEAN UP OF YOUR CAR. So Once again Transport Services went out of its way to give money back to the customer even know it was not our Driver that did the Damage and also there was no proof that this happen during our Transport at all. Nothing on the Bill Of Lading was marked that there was any damage on the windshield. And we Still replaced the window for free!! Some customers Just cant be pleased not only did he get his money back Lorry shipped another car with us and That transport Service Picked up and delievered on time. Here at Transport Services we go way above and beyond to please our customers!!!! Where it clearly states in our SHIPPING ORDER FORM THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIABLE OR ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY CAR WASHES RENTAL CARS HOTEL STAYS AND IF ANY DAMAGES HAPPEN WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE PROPER INSURANCE. Which you refused, So what did Transport Services do We PAID $ 170.00 out of our POCKET not the Drivers to please OUR customer!!! Once again you can see in the review P/u and D/O was both on time. Please to all future customers this is the Trucking Industry and accidennts do happen but one Promise we make to all of our customers is we will hold your hand through the whole way and tend to all your needs and make sure at the end of the Day that we try our best to please the customer!!!! THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE IN THE WORLD THAST ARE JUST NOT PLEASEABLE NO MATTER WHAT. REPLACED THE WINDOW AND PAID FOR THE CAR TO BE CLEANED OUT AND DETAILED. DONT KNOW WHAT OTHER COMPANY WOULD DO THAT. ONCE AGAIN TRANSPORT SERVICES IS REAL SORRY WE COULD NOT MAKE THIS CUSTOMER HAPPIER. OUR DEEPEST APOLOGY !!! TRANSPORT SERVICES UPPER MANAGEMENT
