When I submitted my request to an online transport service I was contacted by many companies. The initial dealing with a different company left me disgusted and then Edwin from Transport Services called me. He was honest and direct and worked hard to make it all happen right away. His quote was the least expensive and he even knocked of 75.00! He explained that many companies are unreliable and I understood that firsthand. The car was to be picked up on Monday or Tuesday, but the driver Shawn was ready 30 minutes after I paid for it on Sunday! His rig was clean and he was professional and kind-he even stopped on his way here to help a woman and her daughter with a flat tire in the blazing heat. My car arrived safely in an enclosed carrier and it had the entire thing to itself. The driver was so nice he came in and had some coffee with us. Being a female I was afraid of getting duped, which almost happened with a different company, but Edwin made me feel comfortable and if I ever need a transport of any kind I will most certainly call him and only use this company. I LOVE Transport Services!
