Although Alex was the broker for the actual carrier, he selected a carrier that was very knowledgeable, and actually cared about the service he was providing. I was able to communicate directly with the drivers representative (was very professional as well), and felt at ease with the constant contact. The vehicle was delivered the day I requested, and when the enclosed trailer arrived, I saw the vehicle was covered and well secured. Most importantly, the driver had completed a waybill showing each and every ding or scratch as found when picked up at the dealership, and even checked under the car for any damage. I would not hesitate to use them again
