The customer service contact was excellent with Alex B. He sent me my quote and followed up with a phone call He explained the procedure in detail I told him the dates He took my deposit My auto was picked up the dispatcher called me to verify Let me know ETA of driver. Driver called on TOA was there at 3 pm He was very nice gave him final payment He gave me receipt car in great condition. The other company I contacted was $450 more and no one ever called me once I let Alex know he was great customer service! I would recommend your company to anyone Great Job Penny White
