Broker was Quicken Transport. After first transport company (NAO) failed to call or pickup my car Quicken arranged for Transport Express. Transport Express was very fast in getting my car picked up in Seattle (11/20/14) and handled the transport of car to Troy, Ohio with some delays because of weight issues, and the Thanksgiving Holiday. Car arrived in 2 weeks from the pickup time (12/5/14). 7 Days later than I had planned.
Transport Express drivers were great and explained everything when they got here. No damages to my car, just normal dirt and grease from being towed behind a semi-truck cross country. I would use this company again. Things they could work on are better communications with costumers about where the car is on such long hauls. Daily updates would have been helpful, even just a text message. Again, a great Company and will use them again when the need is there.
