I called Bill on short notice to ship two cars from Atlanta to Los Angeles. He was the only broker I contacted who set up a three-way phone call to arrange the transport with the transport company to guarantee that my vehicles would be picked up and delivered on certain dates. The entire process went well. The two negatives in the process, though, were:

1) One car was loaded on top on the truck cab, and as such, got pelted by bugs on the drive. Nothing a deep wash can't clean, but opening the trunk covered in bug guts was a little gross.

2) The transport company (Playmaker Auto Transport) charged me $150 for loading my car with under the generally accepted 100 lbs. in the trunk. I was not aware of this charge until the driver was loading my cars onto his truck. I called Bill the next day for assistance, and he contacted the truck company on my behalf, but I was still stuck with the added costs...

Overall, I would definitely use Bill and Transport Auto again.
