Of course, I read all the horror stories and had my doubts. I also know that a dissatisfied person is more likely to write a review. I researched what to look for, what to avoid, what to expect. I researched and obtained 10 on-line quotes. I contacted the carrier recommended by the household goods moving company, and their quote was twice as high as the lowest on-line quote. Then I found the website that displayed all auto transport companies and brokers - I read the customer reviews - then I called Bill directly - based on ALL the customer reviews. His company was not in the 12 companies that I previously contacted. Bill explained the process, and after he answered all my questions, I decided to use his service. My comfort level was very high after talking with Bill. I know, I know - it takes me longer to buy a dress!

Once we agreed, it was not more than an hour before we had a teleconference with the auto transport company (Rider on the White Horse), who also gave me a strong feeling of comfort. This comfort level came from their forthright discussions of expectations, quality, timing and cost. Both parties kept in regular communication, confirming my comfort level and decision. The car arrived on time and in good condition, and not at all like the horror stories that can be found. There is absolutely no reason why I would not use them again!
