The BEST Experience ever with Bill!!!!

Thank you so much Bill. Bill made my extremely horrible experience and turned it into a wonderful and relaxed experience. This was my first time to have a vehicle shipped. I contacted and spoke with literally 40 to 50 brokers. I also used uship and actually accepted a bid from a driver on there(after I paid their fee). I spoke to that driver and and sent him his fee before he left to pick up the car. I could not get him to answer the phone or emails after that. He was supposed to pick up the car on Monday and on Tuesday I received my payment(that I sent him) in the mail with HIS signature on the back. It was almost impossible to cash the money order that I bought with his signature on it. I started calling brokers again. I continued to get empty promises and I would hear back from a few of them in 2 or 3 days. Some of them I heard back from 4 or 5 days later. I needed this car moved as soon as possible. I checked transportreviews.com and spoke to several of the top rated companies on here. I read the reviews for Transport Connection at about 9pm on Wednesday. I thought I would call the number listed and just listen to the message so I would know what time Transport Connection opened the next morning. I was completely shocked when Bill answered. We were on the phone for about an hour or so. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the process. Bill told me that he would call me the next day(just like the other brokers said). The next morning, I had a voicemail from Bill. I was amazed. When I called him, he said he had a driver and he called the driver on a conference call. We all spoke and Bill negotiated the price down ANOTHER $50. So total, Bill got the driver for $250 less than anyone else and he found a driver almost immediately. The driver picked the car up the next afternoon and delivered the car a day early. The driver always answered when I called and he called me before he picked it up and when he was delivering the car. Bill said that he would call on Sunday to confirm that the car was delivered, but since the driver delivered on Saturday instead called Bill to let him know that it was delivered early and that the driver was great. Thank you again Bill for everything. If I ever need anything shipped again, you will be the ONLY one I will call. To anyone who reads this, Bill does exactly what he says and gets it done exactly when he says he can. Bill is very honest and helpful. Once you speak to Bill, you can hear his confidence and experience in his voice.
