I wanted to pass along an experience with Bill Avrich at Transport Connection that is truly one of a kind. I found out with fairly short notice that my planned move out of state had been moved up. I needed to find a transport immediately. Bill responded very promptly to my inquiry by phone and with email follow up. He provided in-depth information about transporting my car and the way the system works as brokers work to find a carrier. As you will see in Transport Reviews, the customer experience varies substantially with other transporters. Bill was able to immediately identify a carrier and we even had a three-way phone conversation with the carrier to clarify the details and let me know exactly what I could expect and what they could commit to. That particular timing scenario did not work out for me, but even as I worked other options, Bill provided guidance throughout the day and helped me understand what to look for. Wow, I so appreciate the help that he provided. Thanks so much, Bill.
