the first time I called Bill, he was very straight forward, explained to me how the process worked. Put in a couple of days of work, but when he couldn't find a good carrier and I had second thought he refunded my deposit. So when I was ready to move the car again, I went right back to Bill. He found me a transporter the very same day. The transporter had some delays, but they did contact and let me know. All in all my car arrived pretty quickly, even faster than I thought it would based on my past experience. If I want to get my car shipped again, it'll definitely be thru Bill!
