Between my husband and I, we made about 3 calls each for quotes from various companies. There was a spread of $800 from the lowest to the highest quote - wildly different in my opinion, with roughly the same promises of service. While I felt like I was learning more about the auto transport business with each call I made, I found it unnecessary to go any further, after speaking with Bill Avrich.

I neither requested, nor expected rush service, but he was able to find a driver in short order to pick up and deliver our daughter's vehicle in a quick time frame, at a fair price.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the driver and his transport equipment appeared to be extremely clean and well maintained.

If there is any criticism, it would be that communication could be improved by the driver. He failed pretty miserably at calling when he said he would, and while the car was delivered early, it ultimately created problems because he did not communicate his arrival until he was ten minutes away from her location, rather than the day before as he indicated he would. That being said, I would not hesitate in using Fast Lane Transportation to transport my vehicles.
