Below is my original review. It was 4 star. Bill didn't like that, so he claimed I wasn't his customer.
He wants only 5 star reviews to keep his rating up. That really upset me, I mean, imagine if you're an ebay seller and you can remove any non-perfect feedback. That would be pointless, because everyone would have a perfect rating. 4/5 is not bad, just like a B in school isn't bad.

Bill, please don't contact me to try to change my mind, I've told the truth and gave you a good review as you can see below.

Original Review:
Most brokers simply take $150 - $300+ "deposit" (aka commission) to list your vehicle on centraldispatch.com, where truckers pick the ones they want to transport if it's at the right price.
Bill has the advantage that he knows many truckers and can put you on the phone with them to get an instant yes/no.

I tried another company first, but that agent couldn't get me a truck after a week. She even "didn't work" for 3 days right before I wanted my car picked up, given it was a holiday, but 3 days is way too long to not be taking calls from potential drivers. Granted, I wanted a low price, but she put up a listing at just around market rate and no driver bit. I had to pay Bill extra to get it moved within a 2 days.

If you have the time, sure, shop around and try to have your vehicle on the board at a lower price. Maybe you'll get lucky and a trucker will bite. It doesn't matter which broker you choose, just use one that takes no deposit up front until they find you a driver, and make sure they have a good record.

The trucker you honestly have little control over, and that's where a lot of problems happen. I had evolution transport and the driver Edgar was top notch, always picked up his phone, and delivered the car the day he said he would, although several hours late on pickup and delivery.

The broker is not the same as the trucker, but you should make sure the broker doesn't work with any drivers that have bad reputations.

In summary, go with a cheaper quote if you have time to let the car sit on the board for a while, then if you're short on time, go with Bill who can get you moved ASAP for some extra $$.

Will Meng, Your original review was removed by Transport Reviews because you did not identify yourself by providing a valid order ID number. What makes you an authority on transporting vehicles? Do you do this for a living? I bailed you out of a disaster after a dishonest boiler room broker low-ball quoted you and left your vehicle stranded, yet you are now advising others to go with cheaper quotes. Contrary to your unsound advice, cheaper quotes are NEVER a good idea. You have the nerve to criticize my well-earned $225 deposit even after I generously provided you with a $25 discount, which I now regret ever doing. You knew the exact price beforehand and still decided to use my services. You gauge my fee by comparing it with those of incompetent brokers. You drive a brand new Infiniti G35 yet because you are a cheapskate, feel entitled to pay less than my other customers graciously do. Shame on you for being so cheap. Do not ever contact me for help again. Your business is no longer welcome here. You are a parsimonious ingrate who cannot ever be pleased and are now expressing buyer's remorse. You should be driving your car instead of shipping it, since you will always begrudge a hard working broker his income. Thankfully, your worthless viewpoint represents the extreme minority of customers who have used Transport Connection. Cheapness is a disease and is its own form of punishment in life.
