I had heard many horror stories from people that had transported vehicles to Fl. Well my encounter was very perplexing in attempting to select a company that would not leave me with a war story to tell. The search took me to many, many sites & then phone quotes; all promising this & that. Then I would check the Federal Motor Carrier site & then BBB. Most I dropped for one reason or the other. It was interesting also that if I asked for a quote from a Company more than once and sometimes I didn't have to, but the quote from the same Co. would get lower.
Anyway, I was blessed to run across Transport Connection, Bill was not the smooth boiler room quoter, he was a bit rough around the edges, but very upfront and seemingly honest. I say seemingly, because one never knows till the FAT LADY SINGS or the car is delivered. Bill got me the best deal while I was on the line w/ him, I spoke with the Co. that was going to do the business. He provided when asked for, the Hauling Company's record of Ins. & I got the drivers name & cell number. The driver kept me apprised of when he would be there & on the other end , kept the receiver apprised also. Car arrived on time , without a hitch.
If I move another vehicle it will be through Transport Connection & I would request to see if I could get the same hauler.
And no I wasn't compensated monetarily, just great service.
