Wow!! I have shipped my first car 2 years prior to finding Transport Connection and what a horrible experience PLease take my advise from experience: Bill ALWAYS answers the phone ! no voicemessages and waiting for call backs. Bill is well respected in the business(per my carrier) and therefore when he gives you information, you can trust him. He was with me all the way through the process INCLUDING a call to be sure the vehicle WAS DELIVERED!!! what more can i say but AWESOME. this is a really difficult situation. You have no idea who, what or where your car is but Bill relieved all that stress for me!
Take my advice, don't bother calling anyone else!!! Thank you Bill
