I am writing to highly recommend Bill and Transport Connection for the absolutely professional manner in which our move was handled. We needed a car shipped from Las Vegas to Western New York, a route we learned was rather unpopular with the shippers. Even though I spent 30 years in the military and moved 18 times, we had never previously shipped a car. When first confronted with the enormous number of brokers available, we were very unsure as to how to proceed.

We initially contacted several brokers, most of who lowballed us...quoting low prices but seemingly more interested in getting my credit card number than promising timely pickup and delivery. Repeatedly, we heard it was a tough route to book. It became clear after talking to a number of the brokers that for many of them, the "game" was to quote a low price, get a deposit, and then call back after the car remained unshipped to ask for more money because no trucker was willing to take the car at the initial low bid.

Based on reviews on this site, we eventually contacted Bill at Transport Connection. Bill is a straight talker proved true to his word. He explained exactly how the process works, what it would take to get our car shipped promptly, and what kind of price it would take to attract a shipper. We contracted with Bill on a Friday. The following Monday he called and said he had a shipper. Our car was picked up on Tuesday and arrived in Rochester, New York the following Monday.

The challenging part of shpping our car was discovering Bill and Transport Connection from all the choices that are out there. Once we talked to him, everything went quickly and perfectly. If we ever have to do this again, I can assure you we will go right back to Bill. I highly recommend him.
