After reviewing many companies on your site, i chose to contact William Avrich with Transport Connection. He emailed me right back and called me shortly thereafter. We were debating sending our daughter's car from DC to California for College and Mr. Avrich was very helpful in explaining how everything would work even though I wasnt certain we would send the car yet. About a week later we decided to go ahead and send the car but wanted to send it immediately so that my wife and daughter could use it as soon as they got to Los Angeles. I called Mr. Avrich and he immediately conferenced me in with a carrier that he thought would be able to quickly ship the car. With one phone call he arranged for a pickup at our house the next day. The car was sent to Los Angeles and made it there in only 1 week. The shipping company held the car for two days as promised as my wife and daughter were arriving on a late flight, and then delivered it first thing in the morning to my wife and daughter's hotel as promised. Throughout the quick process, Mr. Avrich touched base to confirm everything was going as planned. His service and the transporting of our car went off perfectly and without a hitch. It was picked up when promised and delivered when promised. The fee was competitive with every online quote for normal deliver that we received, and significantly less than all of the rush quotes which we would have had to pay elsewhere. I will use him again when we ship the car back to DC next summer and highly recommend his services to everyone looking for exceptional service.
