I shipped my van from Hawaii to Maryland. It required transport via Matsonto the west coast and onward via a truck... Bill was very sweet and accomodating... he ALWAYS responded to my questions and concerns within a day. He made sure I had all the contact information for the drivers and the info for the shipping company.
