First I would like to say that this was the first time I have ever transported a vehicle, so I was very nervous about how many companies are out there, who do I trust with my car & my money. I did a lot of research and unfortunately it did not pay off right away. I first went with a company that took my money, put me on the "board" and my car was never transported. Trying to cancel after a week of no contact from the girl who took my money was a nightmare. Without going into the gruesome details, I was able to get my money back 30 days after the initial contact by threatening a credit card dispute reporting. Needless to say my car was never shipped. Because my son was deploying I needed to get this car shipped ASAP. I contacted Bill at Transport Connection who was knowledgeable, helpful, and eased my fears of the shipping process. While on the phone with Bill, he set up a 3 way call with the actual shipper and was able to talk to the owner of the shipping company and work out a pick up date that was perfect. I was able to call Bill of any time I needed to ask a question. He always returned my calls without delay. The driver called me or texted me his location and approximate pickup time to keep me apprised. The entire experience went extremely well and if I ever ship a car again, it will be with Transport Connection. Bill, thank you very much for your help, knowledge and your high level of customer service.
