This was a great experience. Bill was always in touch and proactive. I had a minor communication problem with the carrier, but Bill was all over it and got it sorted the same day (a Saturday). I would definitely recommend using Transport Connection. Bill helped me prepare a competitive bid that quickly drew the attention of a carrier.
Once we sorted out the minor communication issue the carrier came through with an early delivery.
I'm happy with this transaction and will use Bill Avrich and Transport Connection again. The cost was definitely worth not having the stress of driving myself.
