Bill was up front and honest. Answered the phone. Came accross as genuine. Had an offer to ship the first few hours, but first transport fell thru because of size constraints. Relisted at a little higher price and found somebody. We conference called with the driver so no information or communication was missed or misconstrued. The driver was also great, he called me when he picked up the car and let me know of the conditon (ebay purchase). He dropped it off when he said he would. I spent a little more than some of the other quotes, but they all came accross as 'slick' salespeople and telemarketers. I'd rather spend a little more if I know my $$ is going to someone who actually wants to earn it, not take it.
