I was very nervous after doing lots of research online about car transport companies.
I checked out not just the broker but also the carriers. I put down the deposit with one company but
then I was assigned to a carrier with a horrible record. I refused to ship my car with them and got my money back. I then got an email from Bill and he also called. We talked at length about what
my expectations were and he got me a carrier. However, upon doing research, I again was not
happy with the carrier's record. I called Bill back and was on the phone with him for an hour
and he did 3-way conference to get me a "good enough" carrier. The carrier was exactly on time
with the pick up. The car was delivered less than the estimated time frame. Bill seems to work
hard to please his customers and I respect that.
