I dealt with Bill (broker) and he was very helpful not in just explaining the freight forwarding business to me but more importantly he was straightforward, honest, and delivered what he promised. I originally dealt with another company (Stateway). My truck was ready for pick up on 15 Jan with a no later than delivery date of 26 Jan. Bottomline: they couldn't deliver, they never returned a single one of my calls and finally on the 26th of Jan (the day I wanted my truck delivered), I had to cancel with the company and that's when I began dealing with Transport Connection. On the same day, Bill was able to get my car contracted by a car carrier, I was able to speak to the actual driver picking up my vehicle and my final cost was competitively priced and delivered in 5 days from the time it was picked up (the total time was 7 days (from contacting Bill to delivery of my vehicle....I am extremely pleased). I have numerous military friends that have to move every few years and I will certainly recommend this company in the future. It's too bad I had to have a bad experience with another company before I found this one...lesson learned.
