I was very skeptical about how the auto moving industry work - the fact that I read about so many horror stories made it even worse. However, my experience with Transport Connection and Bill Averich was 100% POSITIVE. Here's how it went down:

I requested quotes from many brokers/carriers and they all seemed to be in the same "range". After talking to Bill, I realized why. The actual moving expense is a "market driven rate"" dictated by the actual carriers, not the brokers or the industry. Bill explained this very clearly - right out of the gate. After I understood that, we listed to move at the RIGHT rate on Monday night and I got a call from Bill first thing Tuesday morning. The carrier agreed to pick up the car Wednesday at 11:00, which they did. The promised it to me by the next morning - and sure enough - at 9:30am the car was in my driveway. I never expected the process to go as smoothly as it did, but now that it has, I wanted to make sure I told others about the process with Transsport Connection and specifically with Bill. Thanks again Bill - I'll be referring people your direction.
