Bill was able to secure a carrier ahead of schedule, and not only offered a discount to beat competition on his broker fee but also negotiated the carrier fee down about $50. Bill was also able to convince the carrier to arrive and deliver earlier, all the while being transparent on the phone and conference-calling the carrier to make sure we were all on good terms with the plan. He was able to do all of this for my car which was in a relatively remote area in Delaware. In a business where there are so many non-US scammers and those blatantly lying about their fees to trap customers into paying more in cash when the truck arrives, Bill makes it an easy decision to go with him. He holds the carriers responsible.
