I made the mistake of signing up online for a car carrier and got bombarded with phone calls, emails and texts trying to sell me the service, all claiming to be cheaper than the other. It is important to know that someone can promise a price but the CARRIER actually hauling the vehicle has to agree to it otherwise the vehicle will just sit. After 4 days of no-takers at their recommended price, I cancelled the order and went with Bill who personally handled everything. Do yourself a favor and pay him the $200 broker fee. Two days later I had a great carrier with zero claims, who communicated with not only me but the dealer, and the car was delivered yesterday within the window of time they told me - along with a 30 minute call before actual delivery. I cannot recommend enough
