I found transport connection on here and figured I’d give them a shot because of the good reviews. I gave them a call and was greeted by Bill. He was quick to take down all the necessary information and get a listing posted. While I was still on the phone, a driver called him and wanted the job. Bill was able to negotiate the price down $50 too. I was elated to have everything all set and finalized within 15 minutes. There were a few issues with my car that prevented it from being ready to transport on the previously scheduled date. I worked directly with the driver to reschedule, but the driver wasn’t available anymore. I called Bill back and let him know the situation. He was understood what was going on and promptly put a listing back up. Once he found another driver, he called to let me know and tell me he made sure they were reputable. Bill even went the extra mile and made sure that the driver took extra precautions so as to not scratch or damage my car. Well, my car arrived within a week of being shipped. The driver was easily reachable and followed Bill’s handling instructions. I’m happy that the car arrived in immaculate condition and pleased with the care and thought Bill gave to making sure the job was done right.
