I looked at dozens of brokers, and 100s of reviews. I checked the quantity of reviews in the past 2 years, and past 6 months. I looked for all 5 star reviews, and if there were any negative, evaluated them. Transport Connection was the best fit for being highest rated/best reviews, not too small (not enough experience with having reliable resources), not too big (too much advertising - didn't feel I'd get as good personal service/attention), and fair pricing. I needed to move an older large station wagon that was leaking transmission fluid when running. Bill accepted a bid from a shipper he had good experience with, that ended up being a single level 3-car trailer. It took 5 days for the trip to get lined up, and the transport took just two days. The vehicle was picked up at a car dealership, where it had been taken for some work to be done by a relative. I was 1200 miles away, but pickup was fine, and everything went well. I'll be sure to use Bill in the future if the need arises, and if I know someone needs to move a vehicle, I'll certainly send them to Bill Avrich/Transport Connection.
