Excellent Service on Tough Transport

Bill stuck with a challenging transport of a 1978 Suburban from near the Canadian border in Montana to my home in Pennsylvania and got it done. When I contacted him, he took the time to explain why it would be tough to get a transporter, what the expected cost would be, how he would go about finding a transport company, how Central Dispatch works... everything. Zero surprises. This after other brokers either 1. promised the world without much detail, or 2. refused the order. Bill also managed through CD a window of time that the seller would be away from his home. In the end, he got me connected with a truly excellent hauler (after several possibilities that we didn't feel comfortable with...) for a price that was more than reasonable. His flat commission fee was a bargain all things considered. Next time around, I'm going straight to Bill. I have confidence that the next experience will be as excellent as this one.
