I had nearly finalized negotiations with another service when the lack of communication and trouble began, which is what brought me to Mr Avrich. He advised me how to handle it, what to watch for, and ultimately, he was spot on. I then signed up with him, and he ALWAYS responded to my e-mails in a timely manner and frequently followed up with actual phone calls and materials I requested. There was never a time I was left hanging, even when an issue outside of his control arose a day before pick up. Mr Avrich proactively informed me and was in constant contact until the issue was resolved. My car was picked up on time (early actually), and delivered on time without issue at the agreed upon price. If you want a straight shooter who knows their industry and does what they say they will, delivers customer service with your interests in mind and communicates...I highly recommend Bill Avrich, Transport Connection!
