I highly recommend choosing Bill as your vehicle transport broker! At first, I had gone with another company because they had a lower broker fee, but then ended up switching to use Bill because I admired his honesty, transparency, and strong desire to advocate for his clients. He let me ask all the questions I had about the vehicle transport process and even let me in on insider knowledge that I would not have known if I tried choosing a company on my own or if I had stayed with that other company! Bill secured a car carrier for my friend and I within like 2 days who would guarantee we would get our cars within 7 days, which was very necessary as my friend needed her car to get to work! The price per car would have been easily higher for such an expedited shipment, but I have learned that Bill is to be trusted to negotiate a fair price for both the client and the carrier. He always goes with carriers he trusts, so you don't have to worry about hidden fees for things like gas changes, stuff in trunk, or gas levels being higher than a quarter tank (as I've read in the nightmares from other people's reviews for OTHER companies.) Bill will save you from all that! I'm so glad I ended up switching because in the long run, Bill secured a low cost for us to ship our cars so that even with the broker fee, I spent hundreds of dollars less than I was expecting! He also has great communication skills and response time (was more on top of it than I was), makes sure you can get a three way call with him and the carrier so there's full transparency of what's going on, and follows up even after the car is delivered safely.
