I am individual that does not usually write reviews but for this one I had because i want everyone to know that my experience was remarkable, I was panicking until I came in contact with Bill. Bill explained the process and expectations, I was pleased because for the first time i had spoken to someone that knew what they were talking about, Conversation was straightforward and outlined what should be expected. My truck being an inoperable Dually Superduty truck turned me into a nerve wracking individual because it was about 4 days in and the other carrier kept giving me the run around. Once I spoke to Bill my truck was picked up in a couple days and make its way to me safely and damage free. Carrier was great and honestly this Review SHOULD BE GIVEN A 10 STAR RATING. GOING FORWARD I KNOW WHO TO CONTACT AND DO BUSINESS WITH. MY MIND WILL BE AT EASE WORKING WITH BILL IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I felt confident that the information bill provided was truthful and it was a great feeling inside to be able to believe that you were being taken seriously as a valuable customer. I am glad that i am taking the time to write this review because i know there are many individuals like myself that need these services in this industry and hope you choose wisely. I'm glad i went with BIll and would do it all over again. Thank You Transport Connection for taking care of my needs.
