This was my first experience and I was very skeptical. Meeting Bill was a God send. He was knowledgable, respectful, mannerable, and understanding. He explained the process to me, let me know how my car would be transported, where my money was going, and made himself readily accessable to calm my nerves. Dealing with me is no easy task. I question everything. Bill lowered my stress level with great customer service. Bill, thank your Mama for me. You were raised right. Bill is my guy for all my future transport needs and I would highly recommend Bill to anyone who needs a vehicle moved. Thanks Bill!
