After I got completely screwed by Uship (10 day waste of time) Bill was able to get me a shipper the very next morning after I signed up with him. In only a couple days my car was picked up by the shipped. There was a problem With the shipper in that the driver smoked my clutch loading the car on to the top of the carrier. Upon delivery the clutch was so ruined the car would not move. Bill worked with the shipper & got me money to buy the parts to change the clutch. He went above & beyond what I would expect from any broker & he even saved me money in the process! It was not Bills fault that this happened but he helped take care of it any way.
