First time shipping a car. We chose Transport Connection based on their stellar ratings and the fact that we would be dealing directly with the owner, not some ever-changing employee. Definitely the right choice! Bill Avrich was responsive, direct and fully dedicated to customer service. He kept in touch throughout the whole operation, making it clear that we could contact him at any time with any questions. He explained how the process would work and then got us set up with a highly rated carrier. Vehicle pickup from our hard-to-please family member on the East Coast went very well. The car, an Audi A3, ended up being delivered right to our driveway in SoCal on time & unscathed. The only glitch was a bit of a communication issue with the carrier when one knucklehead in their dispatch office seemingly didn't want to answer the phone. That's when we really found out what a bulldog Bill is when it comes to taking care of his customers. Let's just say he doesn't suffer fools gladly and things were quickly resolved to our satisfaction.
I don't know whether we'll ever need to ship a car again but, if so, Transport Connection is the only outfit we'll be calling.
