Bill was very prompt, courteous and honest. After submitting my vehicle for quotes he was the first to call. Then all the others flooded in. His quote was not the lowest or the highest. He took his time to explain how he determines his quotes and I knew his was the best quote. My car was very well taken care of and if I had any questions Bill always answered them and he was able to conference call with carrier so everyone was on the same page. Overall good experience. If I need to transport any of my vehicles in the future, Bill will be my first call
