This is our second time using Bill at Transport Connection to have a vehicle shipped to us. All I have to say is if you want the job done right- you need to call Bill Avrich to arrange the transport.
A year ago was our first time when we purchased a car out of state and needed it shipped to us. After reading and researching who to hire we came across Transport Connection- Bill. We called and actually spoke with Bill the owner. He was very much on top of it and did an excellent job with finding a driver for us and getting everything done in a timely manner at a great rate.
Now, my husband needed an expedition shipped from Utah to Minnesota. I went back online to Transport Reviews to get Bill's information again, but I noticed there was a warning posted about being verbally abusive and vulgar. That is NOT true- Bill has his customers in his best interest and he gets the job done- no messing around is the bottom line.
With this transport the first driver that was hired, Bill actually had to fire for me because the driver and his company would never call us back and did not pick up the vehicle as they stated they would. Bill got on the phone immediately after I emailed him and within 30 minutes he had another driver hired, for a great rate. We just received our expedition, all went as smooth as ever. We always knew what was going on and when to expect it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILL AVRICH!! You will not have to worry about anything, he will work with and for whatever his customer needs!
