Bill helped me immensely with this process as this was my first time shipping a car. He spent the time to explain how the industry works and operates and showed that his knowledge of shipping vehicles warrants his trust. Another carrier ended up taking my credit card (told I had to place a card simply to hold a quote, not buy it) and posted my order without my permission. I wasn't contacted about this but Bill noticed my vehicle on the board, called me and let me know, brought the other carrier on to a conference call and ensured it was taken off and I was not charged. Overall, I couldn't say enough about the service he demonstrated and will highly recommend him to anyone I know who needs a vehicle shipped.
