Bill Delivers the goods!

Two weeks ago, I found the BMW M3 I had been looking months for in Rhode Island. Problem is, I live across the country in Utah. How on earth would I get that car delivered to me?
I had never shipped a car before. After an on-line search, I came to this review site and began my research. I resolved to find a company that was big enough to move a higher volume of vehicles but also had exceptional reviews. I made a few calls to companies in the top 10, including a call to Bill Avrich, who I discovered is THE president of Transport Connection.
From the start, it was clear that Bill was a serious business owner and not a run-of-the-mill phone operator. Bill impressed me with his straight-forward, honest approach. His company's reviews were the highest I found among the companies with higher volumes. I hired Bill to expedite the transport of my new car. And Bill delivered!
It took a few days to find an enclosed transport to run the Rhode Island to southern Utah route, but once Bill secured one, the actual transport went quickly and without a hitch. The cost to ship my M3 ($2,400 total, including Bill's fee) 2,800 miles was not chump-change, by any means, but I wanted an enclosed transport and I wanted it delivered to my door. The car arrived safely and ahead of schedule, which is all I could hope for.
Shipping a car across the country is scary stuff for first-timers. After requesting bids on a different website, I was inundated with calls and emails from companies wanting my business. Honestly, it was a bit overwhelming and intimidating. Who can I trust? How do I know? And will I get a fair deal? Again, Bill delivered. I'll never know if I could have shipped my car as successfully with another company for significantly less $. Perhaps. But with Bill working for me, I had every confidence that he would take care of the transport and be honest with me and responsible for the entire process. I can and do recommend Bill and Transport Connection without reservation.
