Bill is very professional and knowledgeable. Was very quick in getting our car transported! Car was delivered ahead of schedule. I had to drive 10 miles to meet the driver with AA Family Transport since he said his rig was too big for our street. When I met him, it wqs not the original car hauler and it was just a 2-car trailer. It was obviously more convenient for him to meet me just off the interstate. This was deceptive but out of Bill's control. On the plus side the car arrived very quickly!
