Bill was very upfront about all costs and how the process worked, which is not a simple market. When the driver was two days early, and I was out of town, Bill took care of it! My car arrived safe and sound. These drivers and their companies are out for themselves and you need a strong advocate with some volume in the business on your side! I'm not sure why he is flagged, but it is bogus. If any broker is telling you how cheep a transport is going to be, you are being set up!
