I was referred to Transport Connection by a friend that moved from the mid west to CA and hired Transport Connection to transport his car - he was quite pleased with the service so I went ahead and called when I needed to transport my mother-in-law's car from New York to CA.
From the first point of contact to having my car delivered, I was very pleased with Bill's customer service and attention to detail.
He stayed in contact with me via email and by phone communicating with me along the way, which I really appreciated that.
The driver he brokered was professional, timely but most importantly very kind to my mother-in law when he arrived to pick up her car.
The driver then gave me a 1 day courtesy call and then a 2 hour window courtesy call and then called to tell me he had arrived.
Car arrived safely, right on time with no damage.
Thank you Bill for the great service, I would highly recommend you and your company any time!!
