Good broker - poor carrier

Bill is a good guy and deals with issues professionally. Can't say the same about the carrier as it took them 5 days to deliver a vehicle from Dallas to San Antonio (4 hour drive). But Bill was very responsive when I contacted him about the issues we had with transporting. So as for Transport Connection's broker services - I'm completely satisfied.
