I needed my 2013 Mercedes transported from southern NH to northern CA in January. I was EXTREMELY nervous. I have never needed to ship a car before and my car was only a year old. The broker (Bill) quoted me a price range and an estimated delivery time he expected my car would ship for. The price I paid was within the range he predicted. Furthermore, the car was delivered within the 7-10 days he expected. My car was picked up on a Saturday afternoon right down the street from my home and delivered the following Sunday to my new residence in California. I chose to ship my car on an "open" truck load to keep my cost down. I knew it would be exposed to the elements on the 3,000+ mile journey. The driver delivered my car and it was very dirty. I started to panic, but the driver assured me it was only dirt and he would stay in town for 30 minutes for me to run out and get it washed. I told the driver that was not necessary, but I would wash it and contact him if there was any issue. I washed it right after I paid for the car and there was not a scratch, dent, or ding on it. The entire car was in perfect condition. I was so relived and super impressed. I would use this company again with no hesitation.
