I submitted my online request almost midnight but I never expected to get a call just a moment after- from Bill at Transport Connection (which was fine because I was still awake and online anyway). So we talked and he explained to me how his company worked and showed me all the 5 star reviews he has earned. He gave me a fixed quote with no hidden fees, so that night I signed up for his service and gave him my deposit- NO application forms needed. I just gave him all my info- name, address, tel no, dates that I needed for delivery, and my credit card number - on the phone and he gave me all the confirmation receipts via email immediately right after. All these was done while I was on the phone with him. Very pleasant guy to talk to.

A couple of days after he called me again and said he found a truck. He called the trucker and we did a 3-way call with him. As it turns out, the trucker's price was more than what Bill quoted me for so Bill turned him down. Then he called a couple more, but no luck.
Then he finally found a trucker who agreed to Bill's price so everything was finalized right then and there. All these done while I was on a 3-way call with them.

My delivery dates cut thru Christmas day so I did not expect very fast service. I got the car in 8 days though. I knew lots of states got hit by some snow showers and/or snowstorm so I expected the car to be a little dirty. Not the trucker's fault.

-there are no hidden fees. The price he gives you is the only price you pay.
-he does 3-way calls with the trucker and his client

Yes, I would use Transport Connection again next time.
