Bill told me everything up front. The car was on it's way to Washington state within 2 days of calling Transport Connection. When I wanted info about the insurance of the transport carrier, Bill got it right away when the carrier did not want to give it to me. Bill does use some strong language sometimes, but then I am not in his line of work. It may be needed once in while when dealing with transport carriers. The carrier did send me a copy of the report of the condition of the car before shipping. The car arrived just as it was when he picked it up. I would use Transport Connection again.
