I have to say, I am so happy that I went with my gut instinct and not the reviews that I had seen written on other sites. Bill was patient and forthcoming while I made my decision. He gave me information and then contacted the actual carrier confirm it all with me on the phone. Everything that he and the carriers we chose told me was accurate. I was hopeful that I had made the right choice and my car would actually make it to me without problems, and I'm so happy to say that it did. There were no issues or problems along the way, my boat shipper was great and my ground carrier delivered my truck safe and sound within the time frame they originally quoted.
