Bill convinced me after I had spoken to several others in the business. Yes, he can be a smooth talker, but he backed up what he said and was worth the money. Never having shipped a truck before, this was a learning curve. Everything he addressed about the other carriers came true. Overall excellent service, kept in contact, answered the phone when called or called me right back. I had to call him for the invoice and he came through. The driver did not give me a receipt. Bill even came through on that one too! Good guy. He made a believer out of me!
