Best guy to get things done!

Bill from Transport Connection is quite the character, but you know what he gets things done. I used another transportation company (webster) and my car didn't move for over a week. That company low balls the offer and gets you to go with them but to only have your car sit for weeks at a time until you complain and then they will state "please raise your bid" and it will likely get picked up. I couldn't wait any longer and Bill rescued me from their horrible customer service.

Some notes: Bill he gets it done. He can be a little rough around the edges but thats him and thats why hes successful. Be prepared to get great customer service, he will call you and get you on a three-way conversation with the diver if he has to. He may curse say some funny/weird things but thats his personality and I think thats why hes probably so successful. If you get easily offended then you have issues, but the man really does a good job of getting things done. I would def use him again and I would recommend him in a heart-beat. I like someone who is honest, and what Bill did was show me a screen shot of what the drivers who pick up your car see. He will tell you comparable cars in the area and then tell you how to price accordingly. NO one else does that!

I had some concerns not going to lie when I read the BBB on his company, but he explained it to me this way, he doesn't care about that company nor will he acknowledge their existence. At first I was like um ok...but I trusted my gut and the very next day he got a hold of a driver put him on a three way call - and boom my car was picked up and on its way here. The turn around was amazing. If you have doubts speak to the man, he will take a deposit and if you dont like his service i am sure he will refund your money.
