I reside in Columbia, Missouri....I bought a Saab convertible located in Boynton Beach, Fla, off of E-Bay..... I was patient and methodical when doing my research on both buying from the small dealership, AANNDD in shopping around for the right transport broker / trucker. I mean "methodical" as in taking a MONTH to shop for the right .... TRUSTWORTHY(?) perhaps GENUINE, logistical company to come along..... and that was Bill Avrich's company, TRANSPORT CONNECTION.... Mr Avrich and I talked a few times, his demeanor radiated CONFIDENCE,COMPETENCE, AND INTEGRITY (!) (!) .... Mr Avrich did NOT try to sell me on his company as the cheapest, or the fastest, or any other "low-ball" pitch that seemingly would appeal to the average consumer; NO, what he sold me on really was he lives his company's motto : " We take your business personally" ..... Bill spent his time investigating this small Saab dealership's "evasive" (?) answers to my questions /vague answer's on physical address of this car I just bought, and got FIRM,solid answers.....he really didn't take any BS from the dealership.....
The trucking company (" Randy" at Mutt Auto Transporting, Owensville, Missouri ) that brought me this Saab was SPOT - ON with their DILIGENT efforts at getting me the vehicle in a reasonable timeframe, AND in doing a VERY thorough pre-ship inspection of this Saab....Randy's eagle eyes spotted several dings on various spots on the fender panels, a small scrid of painters tape left behind on a door moulding, and an obvious crack in the cornering lens.... Kudos to Randy for HIS personal efforts on safely transporting my car to me.
